During the first trial, the vaccine has shown 89% of efficacy in the body of participants. Later, after one year, the efficacy level fell down and reached 50% to 60% approximately.
A study in the USA has claimed that this vaccine of Novavax, Inc comparatively works better on the patients on emergency stage.
In January 2021 it saw a successful development and passed the third stage of the clinical trial with an eighty-nine per cent efficiency gain. So the researchers are now again considering NVX-CoV2373 as a hopeful medication in terms of coronavirus prevention.
