Trend Engagement Rings 2020

Marriage is part of life and is what builds a family. For that to happen, there is a process you must go through before that happens. Most men, do not know where to start when it comes to selecting an engagement ring. You should find a handcrafted beauty and elegance that lasts a lifetime (diamond engagement ring guide) for your betrothed. When selecting a ring for the engagement, you should not settle for less since it will symbolize your love for her, so be sure to shop around to find the right jeweler. The right jeweler can advise you on the right metal to select, the right cut, everything you may need. However, you may want to read up a little, to ensure you do indeed get the best possible ring for your loved one.

Solitaire Rings

This is a timeless design and has been around for decades. It draws attention to the single diamond which is quite unique. The single stone comes with an elegance and sophistication that brides love.

Three Stone Rings

This ring comes with three elements combined : the setting, the center diamond and the side-stones. The three stone rings represent the past, present and future of your love. This ring really does make a special statement. There are several styles and sizes available which come in yellow gold, white gold and platinum.

Other examples of beauitifully handcrafted and elegant rings, that will last a lifetime, are the tension rings, halo rings, bridal sets rings and certified diamonds. Whatever else, don't forget the four C's, colour, cut, clarity and carat weight. Diamonds come in a variety of colors, some much rarer than others (pinks, blues, even yellow). If there's any yellow in it, that lowers diamond's value . The less body color in a white diamond, the more true color it will reflect, and thus the greater its value.   Regarding the cut, diamonds can be cut in a variety of ways, including princess cut, brilliant cut, oval and round. Round cuts are by far the most common, making up approximately 3/4s of all sales. Different cuts offer different brilliance and clarity. Regarding clarity, most diamonds will have incursions, which are tiny imperfections. The fewer and less visible the inclusions, the higher the clarity grade and the better the diamond. Diamond clarity is considered the least important of the 4Cs because most inclusions simply don’t affect the diamond’s beauty in a visible way. To ensure you get the most gleam for your buck, pick up an "Eye-Clean" diamond, graded VS1 or higher. It most likely will have inclusions, but they'll be invisible to the naked eye.

Finally, we come to carat. Carat is easily the most misunderstood of the 4Cs. It actually refers to a diamond's weight, not its size. When buying, be sure to consider both the cut and the carat together, as a larger carat diamond with a poor cut grade can appear smaller than a smaller diamond with a higher cut grade. If budget is a concern, try to "buy shy." Rather than getting an even measurement, select a carat weight slightly odd. For instance, a 1.9 carat diamond is almost the same size as a 2.0-carat diamond, but can be much cheaper.
